Hazrat Imam Complex in Tashkent

As you know Tashkent was the part of Great Silk Road. This city still keeps its magic and mystery.
If you want to get into a fairytale, so you need to visit Hazrat Imam Ensemble, located in the old part of the city.

This complex consists of Hazrat Imam mosque, the madrasah of Barak-Khan, Tilla Sheikh Mosque, mausoleum of the Saint Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi and the Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari, where future preachers are taught.

 Hazrat Imam or Kaffal Shashi was  a famous scientist and connoisseur of Muslim's Holy book Koran, also, he was the first imam (spiritual head of muslims) in Tashkent

But this place attracts tourist all around the world not only because of its beauty and History, but because of a precious thing kept here. It is the Uthman Quran, the most ancient Quran - holy book of muslims. it is the oldest one in the world.

Furthermore, the complex attracts tourists because of the bazaar of different national stuffs. Craftsman make unique souvenirs and many other things. There are no words... You should just see it by your own eyes :)
